Interdisciplinary dance performance „Human Error“ is a symbolic representation of man’s three-part structure (body, soul, spirit) as well as a true expression of human inability to separate emotion from intellect and to achieve the impossible (perfection, truth). The spectator, in addition to taking in a dance performance, also perceives the inner experience of the dancer, through assistance of virtual entity generated by scans and interpreted through her neurological activity. There was an array of diverse experts from different disciplines (medicine, philosophy, theology, and interactive media) who participated as collaborators in the creation of this work. With the performance ‘Human Error’ Marija Šćekić celebrated ten years of her creative work in Croatia.
