DeKODer is a dance duet in which the quest for an individual vocabulary informs the making of the dance code. The dance itself results from following own musicality combined with listening to outside impulses offered through the music, and the partnership arises through the spontaneous effort through choreographic solutions of the duet. The dancers are also the technical support to the performance as they play records, and influence light changes through use of a sequence of table lamps.

“DeKODer is a chamber, research based dance event which offers an abstract albeit dynamic structure, which is both visually interesting and represents a coherent whole.”
Maja Đurinović, KULISA
